Error Code 9781010

Error Code: 9781010

Result: Fail to connect device

Resolution: Check whether the communication cable is connected or not

Error Code 389

Error Code 389: DISPENSER OFFLINE - DETECTED OFFLINE ERROR CHECK UP STATE

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Verify the error code lights on the dispenser are operating in proper sequence.

3. Use the NMD test sofware (available to Triton Certified Service Technicians) and verify the operational error code of the dispenser.

Error Code 388

Error Code 388: DISPENSER OFFLINE - NMD REQUIRE REJECT VAULT AND AT LEAST ONE CASSETTE

Resolution: 

Verify that the Reject Vault and one cassette are present in the dispenser mechanism.

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.

 

Error Code 387

Error Codes 387: DISPENSER OFFLINE - ERROR-VALIDATING CONFIGURATION

Resolution: 

Verify all connectors to the dispenser mechanism.

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.
