Error Code 392

Error Code 392: ERROR IN LAST DISPENSE

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Reset the error code.

3. Replace the dispenser if the error code persists.

 

Error Code 391

Error Code 391: DISPENSER SENSOR FAILURE

Resolution: 

Access the management function diagnostics menu to verify the operational status of the sensors. Clean the sensors as needed. Replace the dispenser components or dispenser if the error persists.

Error Code 9780097

Error Code: 9780097

Result: Wrong position in stack

Resolution: Reject the check and Insert the check in right position

Error Code 390

Error Code 390: DISPENSER OFFLINE - STORING CONFIGURATION

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Verify the error code lights on the dispenser are operating in proper sequence.

3. Use the NMD test sofware (available to Triton Certified Service Technicians) and verify the operational error code of the dispenser.
