National ATM Systems is a nationwide full service ATM Provider. We sell ATM Machines, provide ATM Placement, perform ATM processing, provide ATM maintenance, provide ATM vault cash, make ATM repairs, and provide mobile ATM Machines.

ATM Machines for Sale – National ATM Systems is a distributor for Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Hantle and Genmega ATMs. We sell used and new ATM Machines. National ATM Systems believes strongly in giving the lowest prices available to our customers. It is our philosophy to stand with our customers before, during and after the sale.

Free ATM Machine Placement – Our free ATM machine placement program offers a free ATM for use at locations with enough volume to justify a free ATM. National ATM Systems has been placing free ATMs since 1999. This is a great program for anyone that does not want the upfront cost of an ATM and/or does not want to deal with headaches of ATM ownership. This program comes in two flavors:

  1. Full Turnkey Approach – We provide all the ATM services including ATM placement, ATM Processing, ATM Vault Cash, and ATM Maintenance. Your business only has to provide the space for the ATM, the internet connection, and the power. This approach has the most uptime of any of our services. By performing all the services, National ATM Systems takes responsibility for ensuring that the ATM is operating at all times. Once the ATM is in place, it becomes a money maker for you as you collect a portion of the surcharge.
  2. Free ATM placement only – In this program, we provide the ATM Machine, ATM Processing and ATM maintenance. You would fill the ATM with cash. This is a great program for businesses that do not want to purchase the ATM or have the hassles of owning an ATM, but want to make more of the surcharge.

ATM Processing –  National ATM Systems is a registered Independent Sales Organization (ISO) that is licensed to perform ATM transaction processing transactions with all major ATM networks including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Cirrus, Plus, Star, NYCE, UnionPay, Quest, Accel, Shazam, Armed Forces Network, and CULIANCE. We are able to process 99.9% of debit and credit card transactions including national, international, regional and local networks including EBT cards (as permitted by issuing State). The processing is performed using the ATM transaction processor Columbus Data Services. We can set up processing for ATM machines from all major manufacturers including: Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Genmega, Hantle, Tranax, NCR, Diebold, and many others. Your customers will have the ability to perform cash withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfers.

ATM Vault Cash  – Need cash for your ATM? No problem. Allow National ATM Systems to manage the required cash for your ATM. We understand the meaning of maintaining the ATM with sufficient cash so the ATM is never empty.

ATM Repairs – National ATM Systems provides trained ATM machine service technicians at competitive prices with over 15 years of experience on Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Hantle, and GenMega machines. They can easily perform repairs including keypad, lock, mainboard, printer, software, dispensing, communication, or power issues. Our policy is to take the most cost effective approach for our customers. We will clean and/or repair a part before replacing. National ATM Systems has a comprehensive inventory of parts so that your ATM machine is up and running quickly. Our technicians are especially adept at fixing difficult service issues that other technicians have been unable to fix. Their knowledge and persistence separates them from other repair technicians in the industry. In conjunction with a repair or on its own, we can also perform preventative maintenance including but not limited to cleaning and lubricating card reader, sensors, pick wheels, and belts. Our technicians can upgrade your ATM with EMV and/or the latest software. National ATM Systems can install new or used Hyosung, Triton, Hantle, and Genmega ATM machines with any processor including but not limited to Columbus Data Systems, Switch Commerce, ELAN, and World Pay. We take pride in our customer service. Any repairs and upgrades performed by National ATM Systems personnel have a 90-day warranty parts and labor.

ATM Maintenance  National ATM Systems can also perform ATM maintenance on an ongoing basis to your ATM to ensure that it is operating at peak performance. The majority of our customers opt in for our hassle-free maintenance program due to increasing costs of parts and labor. We monitor the ATMs on our maintenance plan daily to ensure that they are up and running at all times. We respond to all calls within 24 hours with most being on the same day. This optional maintenance plan is charged on a per transaction basis making it worry-free and cost-effective to the ATM Owner.

Mobile ATM and ATM Rental National ATM Systems can provide mobile ATMs for your indoor or outdoor event at no cost to you. In most cases, the ATM surcharge will be another source of revenue for the event. We routinely provide ATMs for many large events including concerts, carnivals, festivals, fairs, sporting events, trade shows, conferences, and conventions. The mobile ATMs can be placed throughout the event in the form of single kiosk, banks of ATMs, and/or mobile trailers. From setup to breakdown of the event, our mobile service is furnished to you as a turnkey solution. We provide everything for the mobile ATM solution including the mobile ATM, wireless connection, cash, processing, technicians, highly visible signage, and receipt paper. The only thing that the event needs to provide is power and a place to put the ATM so the ATMs can be placed almost anywhere. 

Our mobile ATM technicians ensure that each terminal is on-line, dispensing cash, and operating properly. Before the event, we will do a walk-through of the placement of the ATMs with the event organizer to ensure that we have the right Mobile ATM solution and are meeting the needs of the event. Throughout the duration of the special event, we monitor the cash, processing, and communications to ensure that the ATMs remain up and running without an interruption of service to your patrons. On-Line ATM Management – All customers are encouraged to enroll in our on-line management tool for their ATM(s). The on-line management system is a web based product to showcase the performance of their ATM(s) remotely. Viewing an ATM on-line has become an essential part of having an ATM. The on-line management tool can be used to produce statements, highlight disputes, terminal errors and receive email or text messages from the ATM for low cash, terminal inactivity and error codes. The low cash notification can be set up to send an email when vault cash in the ATM reaches a threshold that indicates the ATM needs to filled with more cash. The terminal inactivity can be set so that if the ATM has not processed in a set amount of time, it will email the business. The error codes can be sent to a specified email whenever the ATM recognizes an error condition.

Maximizing your profit and Security Assessment  As part of any ATM installation, National ATM Systems provides each of our customers a free security assessment. We will encourage the ATM owner to place the ATM in a location that both provide security and profit. At no cost to the ATM owner we will perform a market analysis of the area to maximize the ATM owner’s profit.

Compliance  National ATM Systems is sponsored by Metabank. Metabank is the largest ATM sponsor in the United States. Each ATM processing with National ATM is provided with compliance decals. These decals must display two things:

  1. Operational and suspicious activity notification –  This notification is for the customer; informing them who operates the terminal and a phone number to get in touch with them in case of problems, and;
  2. Network Logos – The ATM should display each network available to the customer in order for the customer to see if their card(s) can be used at the ATM.

Dispute Resolution  Our dispute department takes calls from customers that do not believe they received the correct amount of money from the ATM. We review these disputes to determine whether the online journal indicates that they did or did not receive the money. We work with the business owner to help them resolve this process and avoid a Reg E claim. The name comes from the Federal Regulation E that governs ATM transactions. If a customer does not receive the requested amount from the transaction, he/she will file a Regulation E claim with their financial institution. Once filed, the claim is sent to the ATM vault cash owner via email. The vault cash owner must provide to the networks, within the allotted time (typically ten days), the journal tape showing the transaction. Failure to provide sufficient documentation in the allotted time will result in full refund, plus surcharge, to the customer. The networks also tack on an additional fee to resolve this complaint.
