Error Code 367

Error Code 367: DISPENSER COMMUNICATION ERROR

Resolution: 

1. Check the dispenser data and power cable connections.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3.. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser if the error persists.

 

Error Code 9781018

Error Code: 9781018

Result: Fail to get fingerprint data from device

Resolution: Check whether the device is normal or not

Error Code 9781022

Error Code: 9781022

Result: Fail to write file

Resolution: Check whether the directory can write file or not

Error Code 577

Error Code 577: CARD READER DISABLED

Resolution: 

1. Inspect the card reader cable. Inspect the card reader for foreign objects. Replace the cable or clean the card reader as needed.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3. If the error persists, replace the card reader.
