Error Code 369

Error Code 369: DISPENSER DEVICE RESET

Resolution: Check the data and power connections to the dispenser device. Clear the terminal error code. If the error persists, replace the dispenser mechanism.

Error Code 4009200

Error Code: 4009200

Result: Reject error due to abnormal check interval skew during check dispense operation

Solution:

1. Check a checks status in the reject box

2. Remoce a dust and foreign objects on te CS31Ab or SC41AB sensors

3. Check the CIU Module Print Head

4. Realign check sheets in teh check cassette box

Reset number of check sheets after troubleshooting

Error Code 368

Error Code 368: DISPENSER CANNOT DISPENSE THE REQUEST

Resolution: 

Requested amount may exceed the dispensers one time limit. Enter a smaller value. If the error persists, replace the dispenser mechanism.

Error Code 379

Error Code 379: DISPENSER UNKNOWN ERROR CODE

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.
