Error Code 373

Error Code 373: DISPENSER MACHINE NOT OPENED

Resolution: Access the management functions menu and lock all cassettes. Verify that all cassettes used are in service. If the cassette cannot be placed in service, replace the dispensing mechanism.

Error Code 372

Code Error 372: DISPENSER ITEM VALUE ERROR

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.

Error Code 4008D00

Error Code: 4008D00

Result: CS11AB Dark detection on transport path before dispense operation

Solution:

1. Remove the remaining notes and foreign objects at the postion of the CS41AB

Check if the CS41AB sensor cable is disconnected

3. Exchange a sensor after abnormal operating the CS41AB sensor

 

Error Code 4008E00

Error Code: 4008E00

Result: CS4B Dark detection on transport path before dispense operation

Solution:

1. Remove the remaining notes and foreign objects at the postion of the CS4B

Check if the CS4B sensor cable is disconnected

3. Exchange a sensor after abnormal operating the CS4B sensor
