Resolution:
1. Check whether the cable is connected
2. SP Close and Open
3. Restart the System
Error Code 567
Error Code 567: SECURITY MODULE NOT FOUND
Resolution:
1. Inspect the cable from the Main Board assembly to the security module for damage. Make sure that the cable is connected at both ends.
2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.
3. Clear the error. If the error persists, replace the security module.
