Error Code: 4008400

Result: Failed to close the CDU shutter

Solution:

1. Remove foreign objects in the shutter unit

2. Check the shutter motor connection cable

3. Check a conncetion status of the TS004 and TS005 sensor

4. Check the shutter cams rotation operation

Error Code 4008500

Error Code: 4008500

Result: When the command of CDU shutter open or close is received in case of not being set CDU shutter

Solution: Change of the information to be set about CDU shutter

Error Code 4008700

Error Code: 4008700

Result: Error failed to communicate with CDU shutter

Solution : Change cf the information to be set about CDU shutter

Error Code 376

Error Code 376: DISPENSER MULTIPLE DEVICE ERROR

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.
