Error Code 4005A00

Error Code: 4005A00

Result: Incomplete mounting of 2nd cassette during dispense operation

Solution:

1. Check notes status in 2nd cassette

2. Check 2nd cassette specifications

3. Check if the CS17 sensor cable is disconnected

4. Exchange a sensor after abnormal operating the CS17 sensor

Error Code 4005C00

Error Code: 4005C00

Result: Sensor dark in front of the CST except dispensing during dispense operation

Solution:

1. Remove dust and foreign objects on CS11AB, CS21AB, SC31AB, and SC41AB sensors

2. Check the clutch operation

Error Code 377

Code Error 377: DISPENSER DEVICE ERROR

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser mechanism if the error persists.

Error Code: 4005D00

Result: Continuously detected 2 notes for three times or more during dispense operation

Solution:

1. Check notes status in the reject box

2. Realign notes in the casssette

3. Check foreign objects at the postion of the CS5 sensor guide

4. Check if the CS5 cable is disconnected
