Error Code 182

Error Code 182: CURRENCY CASSETTE LOW. VALID FOR SDD MECHANISM ONLY.

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Remove the cassette from the dispensing mechanism.

3. Press the reset error key.

4. Refill and install the cassette in the dispensing mechanism.

5. When the low currency function is disabled, the dispenser will despense every note in the cassette then go "out of service" for an error code 33 (feed failure.)

Error Code 167

Error Code 167: REPORTED LOW CASH TO TRITON CONNECT

Resolution:

This is an indication that the cash in the cassette has gone below the threshold level set in the terminal configuration. This is a warning message that will not put the ATM out of service.
