Error Code C0030

Error Code C0030

Result: CASH DISPENSER UNIT MAIN MOTOR FAILURE

(Occurs before notes are dispensed during initialization.)

Solution:

1. Check the main motor of the Cash Dispenser Unit.

2. Check CS8(NS8) sensor.

3. Check if cable is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted.

4. Check logic related to the motor of the Cash Dispenser Unit board.

Error Code C0031

Result: GATE SOLENOID ECHO ERROR

(Occurs before notes are dispensed during initialization.)

Solution:

1. Check if cable is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted in the gate solenoid.

2. Check the gate solenoid.

3. Check logic of the gate solenoid in the Cash Dispenser Unit board.

Error Code C0032

Result: OUTLET SOLENOID ECHO ERROR

(Occurs before notes are dispensed during initialization.)

Solution:

1. Check if cable is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted in the outlet solenoid.

2. Check the outlet solenoid.

 3. Check logic of the outlet solenoid in the Cash Dispenser Unit board.

Error Code 580

Error Code 580

Result: SPED - DISABLE KEYPAD COMMAND FAILED

Solution:

1. Inspect the cable from the Main Board assembly to the SPED module for damage. Make sure that the cable is connected at both ends.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3. Clear the error. If the error persists, replace the SPED module.
