Result: RECEIPT PRINTER CONNECTION FAILURE

Solution:

1. Check if communication cable between the Control Electronics and the Slip Printer is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted.

2. Check communiation logic of the Control Electronics and the Slip Printer board.

3. Check if the CPU of the Slip Printer board is normally running.

4. Check if the power is normally supplied to the Slip Printer.

Result: EXPANDED FLASH MEMORY ERROR

Solution: 1. Replace CE main board.

Error Code C001Y

Result: 

1. Cash Dispenser Unit sensor cover. Ex) ‘C0015’ ; CS2(NS4), CS4A(NS3) covered CS4(NS3)

2. Occurs before or after initialization and dispensing notes.

Solution:

1. Check if there are notes. If so, remove them.

2. Check if cable is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted.

3. Check logic related to the sensor of the Cash Dispenser Unit board.

Result: 

1. Cash Dispenser Unit sensor covered. Ex) ‘C0023’ ; CS1A, CS1B(NS2) covered CS13(NS4).

 2. Occurs before or after initialization and dispensing notes.

Solution:

1. Check if there are notes. If so, remove them.

2. Check if cable is cut or the connector is wrongly inserted.

3. Check logic related to the sensor of the Cash Dispenser Unit board.
