Result: This is normally a terminal problem. The modem or the main board may cause the problem.

Resolution: No money is dispensed, screen and receipt display system unavailable.

Result: BCC error of EPP

Resolution: Replace Pin Pad device

Error Code 191

Result:

1. Check to see if cassette is empty

2. Check that the cassette is correctly installed

3. On ATMs with TDM Dispensers, Check the detent clips that hold the cassette in for wear and breakage.

Resolution: If the above are good, the cassette is usually at fault
