Parts Return Policy

National ATM Systems understands there may be times when multiple parts are required to repair the ATM, and there may be times when too many parts are ordered and some parts are not used. National ATM Systems has a limited return policy. National ATM Systems will limit items that will be refunded. National ATM Systems will honor any manufacturer refund policies using their return policy and disposition as guidance before credit can be given, credit from the manufacturer can take 4-6 weeks. If the manufacturer refuses to give credit for a returned item, no credit can be given. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges in connection with the item to be returned. National ATM Systems may offer credit on a returned item based upon inspection, condition, or age of product at National ATM Systems discretion. A restocking fee is charged to cover the handling, testing and verification of all parts that are returned. All returns are subject to management approval and must be returned within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

RMA

The customer must call to obtain a RMA before it can be accepted. To obtain an RMA, please call 888-225-9184. When shipping, please write the (RMA) # on the outside of the box.

Re-Stocking Fee

All returned parts are subject to inspection and will be charged a restocking fee. National ATM Systems will inspect all parts returned and may refuse to accept them for the any of the following reasons:

  • inadequate packaging, damage during shipment
  • if a part has been used, altered or modified in any way
  • has been subjected to weather or other environmental conditions

Note:  You will be notified with a reason if the part received was rejected and why. You can choose to have the part returned to you, shipping charges apply.  A 25% re-stocking fee is charged for any and all items returned. All returns are subject to management(s) approval.
