How to set up your ATM Machine

Setting up your new ATM account is a simple process. The following information is needed to complete the process.

I. Download the ATM Set-up Packet  -  Download Here

ATM Set-up packet – the packet includes all necessary forms in order to gain a Terminal ID.

1. ATM Processing agreement
2. Merchant Application
3. ACH Form
4. IRS W-9
5. Misc. Form Requests

II. Fax the Forms to 1-888-225-9184

III. Within 24 Business hours someone contact you to set-up an appointment.

IV. A tech will coordinate with you to install / Program your ATM.

2. Program
3. Hang or install any signage required.
4.  Provide you with a complete training of your ATM.
5.  Clean-up the area.
6.  Provide you with a list of contacts in case of difficulties.
